We intended to expand out a little into severity with this paper. What happens once non-conformance is detected? How can we discover how “severe” the non-conformance is? What actions should be taken to address the non-conformance that has occurred?
In this paper we sought to answer these questions and present the beginnings of a methodology to extend our previous research to incorporate a solution to these important questions. Our ideas, methodology and findings from our evaluation and testing of the framework we built are presented in this paper.
