This paper is a shortened version of what became the journal paper summarizing the main part of the work that comprised my PhD thesis. This short paper gives a condensed version on the matured model on detecting non-conformance in processes and details a case study and the results that were gathered from testing the mature model in a data rich environment.
Because of the way this version of the framework was implemented in an online fashion, a lot of data was collected that allowed the model to be evaluated in new and more comprehensive ways.
