Conference Paper: DEXA 2007

In this paper we applied our research ideas to date to the web. The motivations for this were three-fold: firstly we could apply our methodology in a real-world setting, secondly we could test the suitability of this type of process improvement approach to the web and thirdly, the web is an excellent and expedient way of collecting lots of data.

Hence, we took the “process” of completing a web form and applied our framework to it to see the results. The process was simple. Rate and provide feedback on t-shirts being considered for manufacturing by a t-shirt company. The feedback is then submitted to a database and retrieved later for analysis.
